“Once you start approaching your body with curiosity

rather than with fear, everything shifts.”

— Bessel van der Kolk, The Body Keeps the Score

Many of us have never been taught how to find safety within ourselves. Instead, as Anne Lamott would say, we spend our lives trying to buy it, date it, achieve it, smoke, eat, or drink it. This may provide us with a temporary sense of comfort or ease. But we soon find that this feeling fades. And what we are left with is a restless anxiety, lingering depression, or a general sense of being stuck or lost without a clue of how to find our center.

Gabor Mate writes in his book In The Realm of Hungry Ghosts, “We constantly seek soothing outside ourselves to curb an insatiable yearning for relief or fulfillment. The aching emptiness is perpetual because the substances, objects, or pursuits we hope will soothe us are not what we really need.”

Because what we TRULY NEED is a way to soothe, comfort, and regulate ourselves from within. Which is why a BODY-BASED approach is imperative. The truth is, unless we know how to feel safe and secure without these maladaptive coping strategies, we may forever feel like we are taking one step forward, and two steps back.

Our compassionate, highly-trained practitioners will work with you to integrate effective trauma-informed somatic protocols for nervous system regulation, alongside holistic counseling, to not only help ease your symptoms, but offer deep healing at the core.

What if all you ever needed was right there inside you all along? We would be honored to help guide you skillfully and gently towards that magic key — a key that will unlock a life of more peace, balance, and freedom.

What people are saying…

“I have worked with numerous different healers in my life and I would have to say that Chelsea is, by far, one of my absolute favorites. Her calm presence, emotional warmth and exemplary knowledge of the body allowed for me to experience a level of trust I rarely feel. In addition to Chelsea's talents, I also found her to be extremely relatable. She is humble, genuine, attentive, compassionate, nurturing, charming and very down to earth. I will look forward to my next session(s) with her and will continue to share my praise of her skills. She truly is a gifted healer and yogi and I feel immensely grateful to have found such a rare gem.” —Elaine L.

“Beth is such a lovely teacher. Her energy is so calm and kind. It’s really easy to open up about how I am feeling and what's going on in my body. Some of my reasons for working with her are deeply personal and she was the first person (ever) I felt comfortable sharing with. She held the container, always judgment-free, and really opened the gates for deeper healing. She also put in the extra time outside of our sessions to do research and send supportive ideas + meditations my way, which was a lovely and unexpected treat. She truly has her heart in this work and is beautiful at what she does. I would highly recommend Beth.” — Gina
