Yoga with Chelsea Rappel

Those who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorder share a common experience: there is often a deep sense of disconnection from our true selves, our loved ones, and the world around us. Yoga is the ancient wisdom practice of connection; it invites us back into alignment not only within our bodies, but with a greater sense of purpose and peace. We recognize that we are profoundly connected to ourselves, each other, and to each precious moment of our lives.

Mindful Flow Yoga is accessible to most levels of students, from beginning to advanced practitioners, and encourages curiosity, empowerment, and play. Blending intentional, strengthening sequences with nourishing stretches and mindful self-reflection, we will cultivate harmony within our bodies, minds and hearts. You are welcome to come as you are to release the stress of the day and nurture joy. This class flows at a moderate pace, with support to modify the poses to fit your needs.
